We have some amazing caterers from Cirencester called Gilos! Giles and Claire run a BBQ and grill food outlet on Love Lane trading estate with some of the best pittas and burgers around. Their food truck will be serving canapés, pittas and an amazing salad bar from lunchtime with a vegetarian and vegan option.

There will be plenty of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options along with tea and coffee. We will be pausing for some vague formalities a little later with tea and cake before partying a little longer. Our aim is to wind down around 6pm so we won’t be eating again however there are plenty of options locally to St Pauls including some great takeaways and The Coconut Tree right next door.

There are plenty of options for places to stay around Cheltenham and further afield into The Cotswolds. There are some recommendations listed on the Travel & Stay page.

The most important thing for us is that you are able to come along and help us celebrate. If finding or paying for travel or accommodation is a concern for you please get in touch with either of us and we will help sort something out.

There is a large NCP long stay car park directly opposite Trinity Church. If you use the NCP app to pay for parking (please make sure you select Cheltenham Portland Street East car park) you can use the promo code ‘TRNCH25’ which gives you 24 hours for £5.45.

The grass area at the front of St Pauls Church won’t be available for parking as we will using that on the day.

St Pauls Church is a very short walk from Trinity Church along pavements and across a couple of roads. It takes around ten minutes and is pretty safe.

We will be leading the way after the ceremony and would love for you to join us on our way there.

We are sure there will be a few people who will be able to offer lifts to those requiring them so please let us know and we’ll do our best to put you in touch with someone who can help.

Trinity Church is wheelchair accessible with a small gradient up to the front door. There is plenty of space inside and all the chairs are movable. There is an accessible toilet and plenty of space to get away from the noise of the ceremony including a crèche if required. There is also balcony seating which is a little quieter if you’d prefer.

The reception will hopefully be mostly outside at St Pauls Church with the church being used for refreshments and some entertainment. The toilets are situated inside and wheelchair access is along the side of the building. Wheelchair access to the main part of the church is via a ramp on the side of the building (it is a little bit steep so please be careful). There will be plenty of space for children to run around and there will be some activities for them. Please feel free to wander around and sit, relax and unwind wherever feels comfortable.

We won’t be having any official photographs taken at the wedding but encourage you to share any you take during the day by using our upload page. We will put a gallery on this site after the wedding for you all to see.

For anyone who is unable to join us on the day the ceremony will be live streamed via YouTube. You can find more detail on our live stream page.

At the reception we will be hosting an open mic stage and we would love you to get involved. We will have a guitar, a keyboard, a cajon and a couple of microphones for anyone who feels like performing. Just come up and have a chat with the team running the stage to get it organised. We will also have DJ Cookie keeping us entertained throughout the afternoon.

We will both be around Cheltenham for the week before the wedding, if you are traveling and staying locally we would love to see you at some point, please get in touch and we can make a plan.

We will be escaping for a few days away on Sunday after the wedding.

Both Trinity and St Pauls churches are incredibly special to us with Lydia currently leading worship and serving at St Pauls and Dave serving on the Worship and Production team at Trinity mixing sound for services and live streams.
